Although we rely on traditional marketing techniques, we use technology to help serve our customers and manufacturers. For instance, we have already adopted a fully computerized order processing system which provides real-time access to customer orders, the ability to analyze trends and cycles, and protection against deficiencies in any area of the business. However, although technology may change the way business is conducted, we recognize that the primary component to business is people. We consistently offer our manufacturers the highest quality representation available.

Background

Joel Cohen, the founder of JC Sales, has over 35 years of experience as a manufacturer's sales representative in Florida serving retail customers. Joel has been focusing on the toy and gift industry for over 18 years and represents some of the finest manufacturers in the industry. You will be in good hands along with the many quality lines that already count on JC Sales.

Geographic Focus

JC Sales focuses on the state of Florida, the Bahamas, and the Caribbean Islands. Concentrating on such a specialized territory allows us to provide personal service and frequently call on and visit our clients. The representatives of JC Sales constantly travel and meet with customers in their stores. This allows us to deal with clients face-to-face and directly assess their needs. Our representatives help customers to adequately stock merchandise and design store layouts that will most effectively expose our lines. Because we actually visit our customers' stores, we are able to maximize our customers' and our manufacturers' success.

Marketing Presence

As you can probably tell already, presence is very important to us at JC Sales. We attend all major trade shows within the state of Florida as well as many national events. These trade shows allow customers to review new products introduced by our manufacturers as well as experiment with existing products that they have not had an opportunity to consider. By participating in these trade shows, we help our manufacturers boost their market presence.
